1. Who can use UtilityLeads
UtilityLeads is a business-to-business service for companies that sell retail energy in the United States. By creating an account you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business and have authority to accept these terms for it.
2. What you are buying
Each purchase gives your company a license to use the lead records in your order for your own energy sales and marketing. Leads are selected at random from available inventory that matches the state, utility and commodity you chose.
Leads may not be resold, shared, or transferred to any other company.
3. Pricing and payment
Leads are priced per lead as shown at checkout, with a minimum order size. Payment is taken by card at checkout. Prices may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
4. All sales are final
Because lead data is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or replacements for any reason, including leads you consider bad, disconnected, or unresponsive.
5. Your compliance responsibilities
Your company is solely responsible for complying with every law that applies to how you use the leads. This includes telemarketing laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National Do Not Call Registry and state telemarketing rules, and door-to-door sales laws such as local solicitation permits and cooling-off rules.
You agree to scrub leads against any required do-not-call lists before contacting anyone, and you agree to cover any claims, fines or costs that result from your use of the leads.
6. U.S. data only
All lead data relates to U.S. residents and service addresses and is intended only for marketing to consumers in the United States.
7. Accounts
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
8. No warranties
Lead data is provided “as is.” While we clean and check every record, we do not guarantee that any lead is accurate, current, or will result in a sale.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
